Why we started.
We kept seeing the same gap: brilliant strategy decks that never survived contact with delivery, and delivery teams stretched thin without the senior guidance to make the right calls.
So we built a firm that does both — strategic consulting and hands-on engineering — staffed entirely by senior practitioners who can advise in the morning and ship in the afternoon.
